Our daughter Robyn won a contest and gave us the prize—a full house carpet cleaning by ZeroRez!! Our experience was very positive. Thomas, the representative, arrived at the time agreed to, did a walkthrough of our house, noting the specific areas we wanted cleaned, then gave me a breakdown of the costs. We chose to add a treatment in one area for a pet stain, and when he was done it was barely visible! I’m sure we’ll use their service again in the future.

Very professional from the phone through the cleaning. Kept me informed both by email and telephone. Fernando was here exactly on time, came in and looked the job over and said he was going to get ready. Carpet looks great! I will definitely use them again and will recommend to my friends and family.
Great job. Matthew did a wonderful job. Spots are gone, smells fresh and clean.
The tech arrived perfectly on time, he was polite and diligent. I had 24 vents to have cleaned and two clean air intakes and he did it all,no other help from other techs, he completed the job in just 5 hours! I appreciate his thoroughness, I could actually feel the air cleaner when I breathed as he cleaned more vents.
Jeremy did an excellent job with my carpets. Would have him do them next in a heartbeat. Thanks
