All of the technicians we've had here in the past few years have been very professional and easy to work with. The carpets look and feel like new after they're done, even when they've been matted down and disgusting looking beforehand. No harsh chemical residue!

Matthew & Nick did a spectacular job cleaning our carpets! Honestly I was ready to trash our carpet & replace but I am really happy with the way it looks! Both were super professional, knowledgeable, & courteous. I will be using Zerorez again when we clean & reseal the tile grout and reseal countertops. Highly recommend Matt & Nick! They are great! Great service from phone call to tech, whom my husband said he was very knowledgable and kind. They cleaned our air ducts and have done my carpeting.
