wasn't impressed. they left a stain on the rug (dirty water) and one on the chair. i just didn't look like a professional job. not for $400. save your money and just rent a machine

Was able to get an appointment within a few days of calling. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Didn’t take long for cleaning two rooms of carpet. No odors to worry about and carpets look fantastic!
I wasn’t planning on having my living room and stairs professionally cleaned but due to circumstances out of my control I needed to get them done ASAP. They were able to come within the hour and did an amazing job. I love that there is no lingering smell like with other cleaners since we are a household that has allergies and asthma. Will definitely use Zerorez again.
