I'm very pleased with the outcome of my tile cleaning. Michael was very helpful and informative. We have used their carpet cleaning services in the past, now tile cleaning and we will continue to utilize them whenever we need this type of service.
We hired Zero Rez to have our tile cleaned, the service provided was the least professional, our wood floor was left wet and our tile was also damaged. Immediately addressed it and all i asked was for them to take accountability for the damage done to our tile and to please fix. The damage done is very visible and 100% was not there prior to them coming out. Very Disappointed to say the least!
Had my carpets cleaned today the young man was on time which was super nice ..didnt have to spend my whole day waiting for him to show up.. well my carpets where so dirty having a 4 year old a cat and husband didnt think anything could get these carpets looking good again!! when he was done I was shocked they look fantastic and it even smells better.. they quoted me a price and when I went to pay guess what? there were no extra charges which has happen to me before.. My carpets were horrible! Toddler and three dogs haven’t been kind. Zerorez came in and I’m very impressed with results. My carpets look new. Majority of stains are gone except red koolaid stains. Thanks again! Definitely will have done again!

Michael and the apprentice did an amazing job. They recommended paying for the additional spot cleaning. I'm glad I did. It ended up being more expensive than last time, but my carpet is much cleaner now.
