I think I had set my expectations too high. They provided me a 2 hour arrival Window (which they missed) I called them and they said tech called me (which he didnt) the verified number and my phone number was incorrect (how did they call me to set up 2 hour window earlier then, I wonder?). After doing walk through, tech said carpet looked in great condition. After doing bed room, hall, staircase and living room, he stated that living room carpet was "damaged". How dare you guys promote business on another cleaners post and talk dirty about his business like that. I will be sure to let everyone know how dirty of a company this is.
Apparently Zerorez gains business by having its employees promote there business on competitors company's paid advertising and bashing them.
Our tile and grout look great! I tried cleaning it several times, but could never get it clean. Our technician Sean Hankins did a great job.
They just did mine (white carpet) I couldn't ask for a better job.
Well, I think it would be nice if we had this service in the Harrisburg, PA area.
