They called me to schedule an appt. I didn't remember hating their work so i scheduled. They never showed up. Then i call into customer service 1/2 hour after our window to be put on hold for 20 mins only to be told they are running. No phone call, no apology. Terrible customer service. Will NEVER use again.
In and out in less time than planned. Carpets turned out great. No mess left behind...as if they weren't even here. Troy W. did a great job! He reps your company well!
