I had a company come last year that I found on groupon. It was absolute horrible. My carpet looked no different afterwards. Zerorez cleaned my carpets and stairs yesterday and it looks almost brand new again! Thoroughly satisfied. And our tech Samuel M. was extremely courteous and professional.
Zerorez came out yesterday and cleaned my carpet and tile and did an amazing job. Big shout out to Robert and Abel as they were both knowledgeable and very informed on the products they were using and shared some tips with me. I will definitely call them again as my carpet and tile look fantastic!! Thank you.
Anthony the technician arrived right on time and couldn't have been more courteous and pleasant. Carpets look great and we're done quickly. I will be calling you guys in the future! A+
I am giving 2 stars because the service tech, Alex, was awesome. That being said this was the second year in a row that I've used them and the second year that I've been less than satisfied. So this will be the last year I use this service. I should have remembered when it's all over the radio like this that it is too good to be true. So the experience was great thanks to the exceptional tech however he can only do as much as he's allowed to take care of the customer. I'm disappointed as I wanted to enjoy this company. This company is Amazing The Tech Trey was very kind and he did a great job He told me about the product before he cleaned my carpets He was very professional and he did beyond of what he needed to do I appreciate his help I will definitely be using this company again. Thank u so much i love my clean carpets they look brand new.
They did a great job of cleaning the carpet where our dog had an accident (another company hadn't been able to get it clean) and my stairs which get a lot of traffic look terrific. I would definitely say they are a lot more expensive than any other company I have used and the appointment scheduling process is a little disorganized but I am happy with how great my carpets look.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE,!! They are horrible and rude. Their so called customer service manager Susan is rude and they mistreat disabled Veterans. Take your business elsewhere! They made my whole house smell horrible when they were done! I had someone else come fix it because they took to long to get back to me and my time was limited. They declined a refund for their mistakes. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't use them!
I am still sitting here at 723pm waiting for them to show up when they were suppose to be here at 6pm no phone call no nothing. Not real happy.
