I had them come out last week to clean our carpets because of pet urine. Unfortunately the guy that came the first time rushed through it, after the carpets dried the smell was still there. I called and they happily sent out someone two days later. Albert was amazing, he spent a few hours treating the carpet, cleaning it, drying it and cleaning it again. We moved into a new house and the man who owned it before us smoked in the home. I washed walls and cleaned everything but couldn't get the smell out! I called zerorez to come out and see what they could do with the carpets which were is dire need of a cleaning. When they were finished not only were the carpets clean but the smoke smell was gone. Zerorez rocks! We wouldn't use any one else to clean our carpets. We have used them 4 times , always with fantastic results. The technicians are always accommodating and friendly.

I'm so impressed with how clean Zerorez was able to our get our carpets, tile, and grout! The tech CJ (Gilbert office) was awesome. He took his time explaining the processes, spent time checking the tiles/grout, and didn't try to pressure us into anything. I'm so pleased with the price and quality, that I'm planning to budget Zerorez in every year after the Holidays. I can now say, I'll never rent another Rug Doctor and do it myself again!
