I had Jonathan and Joe C clean my carpeting and furniture and it looks great. BUT my very favorite new thing is the 'ZEROREZ EMPOWERED CLEANING FLUID.' No streaks on glass or mirrors and I am using it a LOT for everything! It's making cleaning so much easier!

Excellent experience today with Steve! Our puppies got sick and the carpet paid for it big time. I soaked and blotted, but it wasn't coming out easy so I called them at 7 am and they squeezed me into a 4-6 time slot. They called around 2:45 to ask if they could come sooner. Now I'm ahead of schedule and my carpet looks spectacular! Very impressed.
Had our carpets cleaned today. The tech Stacy was very knowledgeable. Our two hour window that she could show up was 11:00 to 1:00. She called at 9:45 and said she would be there in 15 to 20 minutes. I really liked that she was able to come sooner. My carpets were dry in about 3 hours. Even right after they were cleaned they were not really wet. My carpets look amazing.
