Used Zerorez for the first time yesterday. I got in on the Sept special, 3 room carpet or tile. I also had my micro fiber sofa done. I know the sofa was a lot of work and it looks like new. My carpet is almost 20 years old and it looks so good! CJ was my technician, and even though I wasnt here, I was told he worked up a sweat getting my sofa, carpet and tile clean. I am a customer for life. Now , if you only did laundry!
We had them clean our carpet and tile. They both look fantastic!!! Stains are gone and don't return after a few weeks like with other companies. We've been using Zerorez for years and wouldn't use anyone else!
Our tech, Tyrone just left after cleaning our tile and grout:). He did an amazing job and was not only very professional but also friendly and helpful! It was clear that he enjoys what he does and takes pride in his work! He did not try to push other services on me but did let me know even before beginning the cleaning that we would need to have the grout reseated, which I completely grasped once I watched the process! Just had an amazing experience with Keith of Zerorez and cleaning the carpets at my house in El Mirage! I really appreciated the information on the water composition, and how attentive to detail he was! He also let me use some empowered water to clean the fridge and I was SOLD, I bought the water kit as well! I will definitely be using Zerorez again! So long as I get to pick Keith!!!
They were great!! My carpets I thought I had to replace are now stain free!!! I will always have pets so it's nice to know when accidents happen they can fix them. Thanks

Not only is the service amazing (seriously, my house looks fantastic), but I mentioned that I was having a baby in a few weeks to the scheduling rep. When the tech Brian arrived (who was also amazing), he gave me a gift bag that the office sent! It was a Zerorez baby onesie!!! How cool is that. Out carpets and tile look great, didn't take long and every single person I interacted with at Zerores had great customer service. Totally a great experience. Thanks Zerorez!
