Had our carpet cleaned today. Albert was our tech, he did a great job and took time to explain everything as he worked. He's friendly and fun to talk to. Even our dog missed him when he left! Hope to have him next time we need our carpet cleaned. Thanks Albert....

We had to have ZeroRez out after we had another Company here to take care of a Puppy issue and potty training and the carpets were not cleaned very well and the smell was still in the carpet, worse than we had expected. Travis came out and did an amazing job, gave us tips on how to handle the the problem and showed us with a black light, how bad the carpet, still was in the area, that we thought was already treated etc. My business will go to ZeroRez and to Travis from here on out.. I use the empowered water to clean spots on my carpets and it makes them come right up. Added bonus is no chemicals around my family!
I love Zerorez! My carpets were cleaned by a local company with a truck mount. They over saturated the carpet and pad with water and thus within 4 days I had spots come up that weren't there prior to cleaning! Todd from Zerorez talked me into giving them a try and they saved my carpets! I just had them clean once again a 2+ years later and they look amazing once again! You're my go to team! Thanks!
Carpets turned out great, our rep was detailed and went through everything with me. Made sure I was happy with the outcome prior to leaving. We have older carpets and they turned out great! I would recommend them to anyone.
Good job, it looks great. The floor is amazingly clean and carpet beautiful. I haven't cleaned the floors professionally in 6 years of living here very impressed. I need to get me some empowered water!
