Technician was very thorough. Very professional and polite. Arrived as scheduled. After he completed the job my carpet looks fabulous....and it is off white and fairly old. Looks almost brand new and I had pet stains that had to be dealt with. Highly recommend -Zerorez.
Horrible. Scheduled the appt and received a confirmation and then 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, they called to cancel and offer me another date/time to get my carpets cleaned. I had explained I had family coming to town when I scheduled the appointment and because they didn't have people show up to work my appointment was cut because they were "Severely overbooked". SO not reliable and will never use.
Had all the flooring done in the house we are selling and it is a night and day difference. Tech was on time. Explained everything, was fast and efficient. It looks and smells great. I know the new owners will appreciate as much as I do! Thanks Gavin and Zerorez!
Very impressed with the professional demeanor of Dylan. Although I knew the pricing, he thoughtfully explained the process and the cost. The company was able to come out early due to a cancellation and with that extra time, I got my hallway and kitchen tile cleaned. I will be calling them out on a regular basis. NO SURPRISE COSTS AND NO UP-SELLING SERVICES!

I would give 5 stars, but the tech said he couldn't get the stains out completely. I watched him do it so it wasn't him being lazy. Not sure why he couldn't get the stains out when I though that's what you pride your company on? My carpet looks the same as when he arrived. "at least you know it's sanitized." - quote from the tech You got 3 stars only because the tile he did looks good and he also did one of the bathrooms at no additional charge.
BEST carpet cleaners in the BIZ! ...and, I use them even though one of my good friends is a carpet cleaner. I've used them forever and always will.
My dog decided to bless us with multiple pee spots not even a month after having my carpets cleaned! Zerorez came back out to my house to spot treat it and I couldn't be happier! The customer service is amazing and my carpets stay clean! Wouldn't trust anyone else to do my carpets! Thank you Joshua!! This is the second time he has been out to my house and he is so awesome!!
