I've had Zerorez out to clean my stamped concrete floors. They do an outstanding job! On time, good price, and they make the floors look new again! I would recommend them for all types of flooring. You can't find a better deal
It's a shame that you schedule an appointment and they say they will call you back to confirm it but never do. So you call them back on the day of your service and they say due to unforeseen circumstances we won't be able to to make your appointment today. Well that was a easy decision to cancel because the company is not competent
I am editing my initial review. Zerorez did a great job making up for our original mishap. We were very impressed with the service and will definitely use them again! Thank you! We had a 2-4 pm window for arrival and by 4:20 the technician was still 20 minutes out. Highly disappointed that we moved all our furniture but ended up having to cancel the service due to evening plans made prior.
Have used many companies before but will only use Zerorez for my carpet and tile needs. First Class company!
Horrible customer service! We called to schedule an appointment and were hung up on rather abruptly after we thought we had scheduled our appointment. We did not receive a call back so we thought our appointment was scheduled. A couple days before our scheduled appointment we called to verify and were told we do not have an appointment and that they were all booked for the day we needed the cleaning which was the day before my daughter's birthday party. Techician was on time, courteous and professional. Carpet just needed a good cleaning and looks great now. Price was a little higher than others I've used in the past, but it's true that you get what you pay for. Service was worth the cost and I would recommend to others.
Had my first service with Zerorez today! Jared came in and was super polite and knowledgeable!! He did a fantastic job on our carpets! We will definitely be using Zerorez in the future!!!
Wow. Our carpets look amazing. Our tech, Joe, was the nicest guy ever. He got the job done amazingly quick and better than we expected. Very professional and very polite. We will definitely use them again!
