I get my carpets cleaned every 3 months. We have a crawler, a teenage roommate and 2 yappers. The carpet guys we usually use charge about $40 less, however I can now see why. After trying every carpet cleaning service in the valley I decided to try zerorez since it keeps implanting in my head from the radio ads �� and I'm an addict. I had Zerorez come out yesterday afternoon to clean my high traffic areas on my carpets. The technician was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The smell was a refreshing citrus scent and not overwhelming. My carpets look great!! I will use them again for sure! Thank You!
When we didn't get a call we were concerned, so we called. Happily, after speaking with a manager, we were able to arrange our appointment. Kyle, our awesome cleaner, was informative and had a great sense of humor. He explained the cleaning process and did a wonderful job on our older cream colored carpeting. :) Loved his scientific explanation of carpet color and how stains and dirt breakdown the fibers.
