Very profesional. They went through the process with me before setting foot into the room. The gentleman that came was very friendly, he made conversion with me. Overall was a lovely experience with him and the carpet cleaning.
Fast, friendly technician cleaned up our entire house I less than 2 hours. He made very dirty carpet look brand new again. He was very knowledgeable about Zerorez services and was able to answer all my questions. No doubt in my mind that we will be using them again.
Dillon, and really all the techs I've had over the years, are really pleasant. I wouldn't use any carpet cleaner but Zerorez because of their staff, and their product that leaves no residue in the carpet.
