I’ve used zerorez one other time right before I moved into my house and just found the service to be ok. I decided to give them a second chance because my husband is a fan of the no soap approach to carpet cleaning. This time my tech, Matthew Miller, went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. He was fast and knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I had a very difficult set of carpets that I needed to be cleaned these guys work so awesome and it was amazing phenomenal what they accomplished in such a short time I would highly recommend them to anyone they say what they do awesome awesome thank you again
