I only use Zerorez!! They do an awesome job and I love that it uses no soap or chemicals!! Every technician they have sent has been friendly and very well mannered.
I found Zerorez online by their great reviews and they do live up to them! The gentleman on the phone that scheduled my appointment with was very pleasant and professional! Randall cleaned my carpets, not only was he was very friendly and helpful but he did the job quickly and efficiently! My carpets look new again! I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone looking for a good company!
They arrived when they said they would. They were willing to clean an extra room but I had not scheduled. Everything looks really good. I would use them again.
Had my carpets cleaned on 10/17/17 after they left I noticed that some spots stayed in the carpet. Called them and told them the problem, they scheduled a revisit immediately, with no problems or hassles or extra fees. The technician by the name of Nick Houston was the second guy who came to my house. Very friendly and very knowledgeable, worked fast and efficient. Took care of the situation in less than 20 min. Zerorez has now gained a new loyal customer! Thank you guys!
Our timeframe was 11-2; got a call around 9 saying the cleaner was ahead of schedule & if we wanted they could come early. Paul was at our door within minutes! He walked us through the process and as he went along, advised spots that would not come out. We did put the protectant on; Paul said we should not have to clean now for a couple of years!
This is my first time using zerorez and the tech was great. We have a house full of animals and people and the carpets look brand new. Thanks zerorez!
I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed...my two hour window came and went...I called to see if a technician would be arriving shortly. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I was informed that technicians "called out" and they were working to "re-schedule" people for a different day. Really? No phone call to let me know my appointment was cancelled and no one would be coming? I took time off work for this appointment and am moving into this property tomorrow. Unacceptable.
