Absolutely fantastic from customer service representative to carpet cleaner technician! Tanner the tech was very professional and very helpful and honest. My carpets were very soiled because we have 4 dogs and a ferret and 3 adults and the last time we got our carpets clean was about a year ago. However miracles do happen my carpets look brand new thanks to Zerorez and Tanner for doing an excellent job!!! I recommend this amazing company and their outstanding team of employees. I will definitely call Zerorez again.
Victor Camacho did an excellent job at our place, he explained that would be hard to clean the heavy traffic areas and maybe some stains will remain but at the end it was very clean with no stains at all!

Scheduling was easy and very efficient. Really nice people every step of the way. On time and no surprises. Tech explained process along the way. Our 11 year old carpet looks amazing! I can't believe all the old spots are gone that didn't come out before. Thanks to Abel for a great job.
So ok..nothing was done...pathetic..they said needed to replace carpet...I asked if they wanted to see other rooms...and they said no...nothing they could do..they didn't want to waste my money and they didn't give any company that could handle the job....yeah..I'm pissed...having animals all these years hasn't helped..however..what good is it when they can't get stains or odor out...no I'm not made of money ..I can't replace flooring at this time...other rooms were not as bad....but I guess it is what it is.
I am a forever customer! My floors are so clean and I absolutely love their home product to help maintain my newly clean floors! The service was outstanding! Thank you!
This company is awesome. Called for a quote and their prices were the best value of any other company's I contacted. I had service the same day No waiting. Louis was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Zerorez for all of your cleaning needs.
They did a great job! Carpet felt so soft and was clean. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future!
