Zerorez cleaned several years of dirt off my carpet today and made it look brand new. Amazing at how great a job they did.
Had Zerorez clean area rugs after dog had been extremely ill. The rug looks brand new and the odor is GONE! Technician was respectful and personable. Will definitely call them in the future.
The Zerorez Technicians were highly professional and answered all my questions about taking care of my carpet once they have brought it back to a almost new condition. After reading the previous review I feel the need to say my experience was very positive. When I called to schedule, the gentleman I spoke with fully explained how they charge per room and the dimensions they use to determine “a room.” I had some tile cleaned and carpeting. The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid. Zerorez may be more expensive than some other companies but I knew that upfront, and my carpeting and tile look great.

Our technician John was excellent! He did an amazing job and our carpets look great. I will definitely use Zerorez for all of my carpet and tile cleaning needs! No soap and residue to trap he dirt! Just water!
