This was our first time using Zerorez. Easily booked our appointment online in minutes, for both carpet and tile. Price was within dollars of online estimate. With 6 furbabies in our home, their GREEN cleaning was important to us and it did the most spectacular job! Joshua George was our technician. Very nice and personable, did an AWESOME job, and educated us on everything we should and needed to know. Zerorez will be our go to guys! Thanks so much Joshua! Great job! From my phone call with initial quote, to day of service, I had an amazing experience. We did the 3 room special for $135 and had the subfloor and odor done as well due to our dog having accidents. Ended up being $340, but he did explain what the prices where going to be before hand. They did call 20 min before he would be out and got here right around 12 and our window was from 12-2Pm. So far we do not smell any urine and did before so that’s a plus. I've used zerorez in Florida and in Arizona, on tile and carpet, and the results are always gorgeous. The price is fair and I feel like the online estimator has been helpful and accurate.
The zerorez team were fantastic. They called to confirm my appointment & to let me know the tech was on his way just as promised. The gentleman who clean my tile floors and carpeting did an excellent job, was very nice and extremely knowledgeable.
I use Zerorez at least 3-4 times a year. Never have I had a bad experience, great technicians every single time. I had some black spots throughout my house this time and today, Jeff just wouldn’t give up on one particular area that was stubborn and just wouldn’t come out all the way. I actually had to tell him it looked great, so he’d stop, lol! My house looks, feels and smells so good now!!!! Will never use another company.
