Easy to set up and confirm appointment. Technician called 15 minutes before arriving. Technician very knowledgeable and explained all services available. Would definitely use them again especially for pet stains.

Called ahead to see if they could come early, explained exactly what he would do and then verified with me that I understood and gave me the complete cost up front. Fast,efficient and the carpet looks like new for a very reasonable cost. Thank you !
