Zerorez did an outstanding cleaning my carpets for two bedrooms. The traffic stains all came up. Andrew was professional and prompt. We think Zerorez does the best job in cleaning carpet. They only use high powered water. The other companies use carpet cleaning agents. It stays in the carpet and when you walk on it it will grab the dirt from you shoes even when dry. The the stains come back. That is why o Don't like them. Zerorez does a fantastic job. Used them twice .
Showed up on time. Price was what was quoted. Did an excellent job.
They are super friendly. Communicated well with me about my carpet and past cleanings with soap buildup. I was a little unsatisfied at first but I called and they wanted to know my issues and came right back the next day and talked to me. Cleaned my carpet again and I will definitely call them back again. Great company to work with.
