Great explanation and spent a great deal of time.
The tech is was on rime, actually a little early, and started working right away. The carpets look great so far, but they are still drying. I will comment again later when they are dry! So far, it looks like a great job!
The Technician was very nice, helpful and did an amazing job. He was super patient as well when I forgot to say I wanted grout sealant. The tile and grout look new!! After 15 years wow!!
