Our Technician, Robert, was informative and friendly. He worked efficiently and even cleaned a sample of our tile to let us see the results. We’ll use Zerorez again, and hopefully Robert, too! Carpets look great!

ZeroRez did not do a good job cleaning my family room carpet. They were in and out of my house too quickly and the carpet didn't look any cleaner. I plan on renting a rugdoctor and use cleaners to do the job myself. I can't believe they're scamming the public with their Non-Detergent Cleaning System.
I am a first time customer and I am pleased. Eric was the tech and very professional. I would rate him a 10 The carpets are still wet but I’m hoping the stains do not return.
David did an amazing job! We had a couple of high traffic areas that he made look awesome again. He was very professional and courteous and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. Will definitely be back.
