Brought truck in for warranty work- replaced air bags and supposedly inspected left front tie rod and steering linkage-all recal procedures - I told them the left front tire was cupping and had a vibration and that there was a definite problem-after being there 10 hours they said it was done - air bags replaced- no repairs or offer of explanation of the problems I stated on the left front- when i asked about it-all I got was a blank stare- I advised I would go elsewhere to get it fixed- no reply- lousy service- will not be b... read more
I was charged $250 for a head light bulb I could have bought anywhere else for around $99. and then it took 1 1/2 hours for them to change it. I also pointed out that I had burned out fog lamp that needed replaced and sure enough, even after all that time sitting at the dealership I still need a new bulb.

horrible experience, if you are searching for a used vehicle steer clear. very disappointed with the sales man who obviously doesn't have a clue, finance department screwed up our numbers and then they sold the vehicle
I was looking at trading my SUV in and they wanted to give me almost half of what it’s worth and wouldn’t would work with me and a newer SUV. I don’t deal with Dealerships that try and screw people on trade ins. If they will screw you on a trade the they will screw you on a newer vehicle too. Would never go to anything Zeigler owns.
