First time taking my Durango to the service center here and it will be the last. They claim my oil filter spring broke- ok I get that things happen. It was fine at my last oil change and yet it breaks for these guys. So I ask how much for a new one, Greg tells me $50. 😳 It's a small plastic piece that costs $15 and literally takes 2 seconds to slide on! That's absolute robbery to charge $50. RecommendedFrank in their service department is great! Bought my Jeep Renegade at VanAndel Flikkema and had several issues with my sunroof. After 5 attempts to have VF service try to fix it, I called Ziegler and spoke to Frank. He and their service department fixed on the first try and also pointed out some issues with the radio, which they also made right. They’ve communicated everything with the car and made it right under my warranty without question. Thank you Frank and the service department at Ziegler!
