Took my car back a second time after getting shield guard applied on it. Buff marks all over. They buffed it out again and never even washed my car. When I got in it all my controls were at different settings. Poor customer service. Can never get a loner car from them.
I wish I could rate at zero stars.. I live 3 hours away. Derick who is supposedly a manager and I came to an agreement on a car. He said he was having the car cleaned up and all the paperwork would be ready.. he had me insure the car and told me "good to go, no issued at all on his end" 120 miles into out trip there I get a call from a salesman telling me the car (the one that was being cleaned up) was transferred to indiana and would call me right back.. 20 minutes later I get a call from ED (claims to be manager also) he w... read more
