Poor service, and poor communication! Participated in the online chat and provided specific information relating to a loss trade in/purchase only to receive what appeared to be auto generated messages that didn’t even have my name....lol. Jokes on them for the business they could have gotten!!!
We have now bought / leased two vehicles from Jeff Holtsclaw. We will not go through anyone else! He has been wonderful both times we have shopped for a new vehicle. He is very knowledgeable on everything. Any questions we had, he gave us a quick response and if he didn’t know he found out all the info for us right away. Very friendly. Thank you. We haven’t had this great of treatment anywhere else and I have family in the car sales business.
Brian Quist was wonderful -- knowledgeable, but definitely not pushy or agressive. Everyone at the dealership I encountered was friendly, helpful, professional. I could not have asked for a better car-buying experience and will recommend Zeigler and Brian to others.
My wife and I absolutely love working with Zeigler Grandville. We worked with Pete in the fall and got my wife's Journey, now with a new Ram 1500. Pete and the rest of the staff could not have made the experience any easier. Easy to work with, well versed staff, and the best selection in town.
I went in Wednesday afternoon to meet Rich Snay and test drive a Jeep Liberty. After taking my info to Gail, they both came back and said the bank wouldn't work with me on the Jeep. She proceeded through her list of vehicles and after naming a few off, she said Avenger. I nodded and said I had test drive on at another dealership. Stopped in on Saturday just to look, and of course ended up falling in love with a car! The staff, even some people I had never met until after the process was over, bent over backwards just to get me a great deal, and today I am officially the proud new owner of a Ford Fusion.
