I was impressed with their professionalism and concern for my satisfaction. Brian Gowen made the experience quick and painless. I was very impressed.
I went in today to service my wife's car. The service consultant (I will be nice and not post his name ) never smiled when we got here nor did he give me a estimated time. I spent 4 hours 17 minutes for a recall item. I had my 14 month old daughter with me on top of it all. If I had known ahead of time how long this process would take I would not have brought her.
