Went to Ziegler’s the other day for a oil change. I’ve been coming here for oil changes since I bought my car from them 6 years ago. Just found out that they have been using the wrong oil the entire time. Now it’s a possibility that I have damage to my engine. The guy who told me about the oil was genuine but did little to fix my concern. Not only did I find this out about my car but was also charged for the oil change that I had done that day which was way more in cost than I normally paid in the past. This was my second time in with my dad and he is wanting to buy a Grand Cherokee Track Hawk. Yet again not 1 person came up to us or even said hello. The 2 girls sitting at the front desk were talking about where so and so was sitting yet never said a word to us. Also had this same experience when I went in with a friend that was buying a wrangler. The staff may be knowledgeable and friendly but I wouldn't know.
