Love this dealership. Was in and out timely and able to make my next appt without delay. Staff are so nice. Honest too. Elder woman was told to come for oil change in April. Service manager came out and explained she was still good for 2,000 more miles. I thought worth mentioning. Staff very nice and a lady working at the service desk ��
I tried making this a good experience...really. Looking for a Cherokee, I spent more time than promised on site initially, when I drove the car home the electronics did not work properly, had a replacement car for 3 weeks, tried reaching out to the leadership of the organization but no return calls...all in all, I had a less than desirable experience.
Wasn’t a horrible experience to buy, but finding out that the dealer signed me up for a Vehicle Protection contract after I had turned it down was incredibly disappointing. I never would have known if Mopar hadn’t sent me a letter. Great way to lose my business!
Can't say I saw that coming... I was just was talked out of taking my Jeep to Zappone Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Clifton Park by one of their own employees! ... Headlight out, metal on metal sound and my radio needed to be updated... And the only thing the service department was worried about was the fact my vehicle was no longer under factory warranty (not asking about the fact I have a secondary warranty if it becomes something). That'll be the last it goes there....which is too bad since it was so convenient.
