I shopped around for my second Jeep after my first one was STOLEN. I had never heard of Zappone until after I went to two other Jeep dealers. Just had a great deal yesterday and very happy with my vehicle
Just leased a new Cherokee. First time at the dealership. We were greeted at the door. Jessica was most helpful. Very knowledgeable. Knew the product well And answered all the questions. A most pleasant experience.
They are great to follow up when it’s money in their pocket, but have a customer service issue and it’s a whole other story.
Big shout out to Jess Dimeo for assisting me with the purchase of my Renegade! She was so helpful and diligent. It was a great experience and I’m loving my vehicle!
