Brought 2018 Grand Cherokee in for transmission issue, had to take service manager for a ride, he felt the issue and said they had to order a new transmission at 11:30am and would call me in a few hours to either drive my car home till parts arrived or get a loaner. 3:30pm I get a call saying now there is no issue at all and to come get my truck. Unsure of how it magically fixed itself in a matter of 4 hours. I picked up my truck and is still exhibiting the problem. I'd avoid servicing your car here.

This was our first service for our new Jeep Wrangler. It was a great experience. The service desk walked us through the check in. We were in and out with a oil change and tire rotation.
From the beginning of my Jeep ownership adventure, Zappone has never failed to do all they can to care for my automotive needs. Chris B. listened to all my needs regarding what I needed for my car. The service department has never failed to take care of any needs I have and explained it all to me so I understand the work that was done. Highly recommend Zappone, Matt (the owner) and the staff will treat you like family.
Very pleased with my first visit here getting my new Renegade serviced with an oil change, wipers & tire rotation in an hour. I’ll be back.
