My husband brought his jeep in 4 times for a clunk in the back after the rear differential was replaced. Each time they couldn’t find an issue. I brought it to my dealership, put it up on a lift and saw the rear axel was extremely loose. I brought it back to zappone, had them put it on a lift and showed them the issue. They ordered the part and said it would be in in 2 days.... left 3 voicemails, and called their corporate office...... after 2 weeks I’m still waiting for a call back to repair my axel that could go at any tim... read more

Service department it’s a bunch of crooks they don’t tell you the whole story and then I hit you with a large bill I paid for a maintenance package that was supposed to include fuel filters no the guy that sold the package is fired and gone and the service department told me I don’t have the coverage and I can’t cancel my maintenance program and I am not happy would not recommend to anybody
