I was in for inspection and a recall notice. The service writer was very helpful and the mechanics got me in and out in no time and did a fantastic job. I got my Ram from them. Good enough job - I only needed a battery. Didn’t know there was a significant ‘diagnostic fee’ which even though they cut in half was still $65 - a simple battery ended up costing $265. My own fault. I’m sure it is a great place for a major repair.
My experience at zappone was a very pleasant one. From the minute i walked in until the second i walked out of the dealership. We worked with Josh and he was nothing but wonderful. He really listened to our needs and helped us find the right vehicle for our family. The staff was kind and courteous and treated my girls so warmly. I would highly recommend Zappone to my family and friends.
