Yesterday, I brought a good friend of mine in to purchase a used car, which she picked up this afternoon. We bought 2 used cars in March, from Pat Swan! I highly recommend working with him if you’re in the market for a new or used car. He is not a pushy salesman and that sets him aside from others who are looking for what they will be making on the deal. Matt Zappone and Tracie are also a pleasure to work with! I thank you, for the awesome customer service that you strive for!
I was immediately greeted by Sherry..offered coffee.then sat w Mike who was extremely knowledgeable..my decision will b made soon based on leasing perks..but I found the dealership to be state of the art and hope to build a lasting relationship with them.
Fred Bunnell is absolutely "The Best" . He found me exactly the jeep that I wanted. Wonderful to deal with and he is absolutely a true professional. Jim in-service is also another asset to that company. I explained to him that I had a Trumatic brain injury and I needed to come in for an oil change. He made my appointment and had me in and out. The only negative that I would have to say, I was actually spoken to in a very condescending, rude way by Jim Zappone. It still bothers me and the way he spoke to me.
There is no deals to be made here. Saw a truck online said to contact for sale price. Went there and the salesman told us that's pretty much a joke . Said it's just to bring people in they will send you a coupon for 200.00. That's all he was willing to take off the price of vehicle. Went there because of the commercial. They don't Want to make any deals. Very disappointed.
Great service, very personable, very will to meet all your expectations and needs.
