I just saw a friend upset on Facebook because it takes her dealership a VERY long time for simple service, such as an oil change. This made me want to write a review for Zappone. I had a 5pm appointment today for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection...I was only there for 45 minutes. I was super impressed! Thank you for great, quick service!
The service guys are human, not perfect. However when they make a mistake they will bend over backwards to fix it as soon as you are able. 10/10 would recommend to anybody.

Dishonest. Do not run credit if you do not believe a deal can be done. Got a line of crap stating they don't know if they will finance negative equity until you send it to the bank but they knew damn well in this situation they wouldn't. Why else would a bank come back with a down payment $4,000 over your max? 2 years ago I went in to Zappone and bought a CPO vehicle from Pat Swan. I've brought the car in with whatever maintenance it needed and Zappone has always gotten it back to me very quickly, no matter the issue. Now, just this past weekend, my girlfriend was in the market for a new car and without hesitation I gave Pat a call. He helped her find a vehicle that was not only everything she wanted, it was well within her budget too! I will continue to bring people back to this dealership for as long as I can.
