Scheduled recall work on my Chrysler for 8AM, and was told it would only take an hour and a half. I specifically said I needed it back by 11 and it was noted on the paperwork. Returned at 10:45 only to find out they hadn't even started yet! Took my keys and left to give my business to another dealer. Don't waste your time here.
Brought my truck in for a recall. The recall was a year ago. Just got the part. Installed the part. Now the air bag light is on (it wasnt before) and they want to charge me 440.00 to fix it!!!! There was nothing worng when I brought it in!!Double dipping!!! They get payed for the recall and then try and bilk me out of 440.00.

We have purchased two trucks in the past three and a half years from them yesterday I went in for a TPMS light on on our 2016 Ram three and a half hours later I get out I had an appointment for 8:15 2 hours into it they came out and said there was a problem lack of communication then they called me and told me they forgot to put my lug nut key back in had to go back to get the key can't wait to get my survey back so I can really let Chrysler Corporation know what's going on there
Everyones experience is different i know...Had two deals on wranglers fall through.... both times low ball on trade and start at max Payment option on the first offer..try other places before you commit
I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. I have driven it twice other wise it has been in there shop. I've been given the run around by every manager in the building as of today April 11, they still have my truck. Bought it on March 28, they have had it ever since. There general manager Mr Matt Murphy told me it is not there problem, and he was the most arrogant, insulting person I have ever met, who thinks he is a tough guy.
