I've been going to You Power Yoga for about 2 months now, and I'm completely hooked! All of the instructors are great, and going to different classes shows you a wide level of experience, attitude, and approach from each one. Started coming here after having surgery on my knee, when the physical therapist said there wasn't anything else he could do for me. Denise is one of the best yoga instructors I have ever had the pleasure of taking a class from. She is super kind and amazingly helpful. Just a joy to be around and a very knowledged instructor. Highly recommend You Power Yoga. 5 stars EZ!! ❤️
