The owners opened the Birmingham restaurant after success with a couple of other locations in Florida, and just like in the Sunshine State, you'll find simple dishes made with simple ingredients. Open for lunch and brunch only, come and order some chicken and waffles and wash it down with a sweet tea, it doesn't get any more quintessentially Southern than this.

This place is great and they are very serious about GF. There barbecue hamburger � is sooo amazing. I don’t get to go many places to eat , because of my celiac but when I do this is where I want to go. I crave it all the time. Lol wish they were open for supper �.

We found this place by searching for gluten free restaurants on our way through Birmingham. You can't imagine how thrilling it was to find food that was not only gluten free but fantastic. We both ordered the g free fried chicken and waffles. They do not disappoint. Our only mistake was not ordering something to take for the road. Wish we had this place in Houston. It is fabulous.
Every meal we’ve had here has been delicious. Great food. Great service.
