Could not find a way to contact support, need email asap! I forgot the password ** an old email, and need to sign into it to recover an account. I know my security questions, but I can't get to them. I have been trying to get into the email but it just says "Uh-oh... Looks like we can't recover your account online. Please visit our help site to get back in." Extremely frustrating. Please respond back.

I have been trying to get into an email I apparently don't know the password **** I am prompted to enter a phone number I do know but dont have access too, then "uh-oh blah blah blah", Why is it not asking me the security questions I picked? Then when I go to their help site there is no solution because I dont have access to the account. Yahoo blocks, deletes and edits comments to fit their political agenda, this outlet is biased and rotten to the core, when you have to censor opinions that do not violate the TOS it brings up many more questions than it answers.

My account was hacked and as I explained that to them they responded with there is nothing they can do and suggested I start a new account with a similar email/username. Unfortunately another one of my accounts were hacked and it was through this email account so I am unable to retrieve my account for my Facebook since I cannot get into this account. Truly aggravating!!!!

Like most of the ********** before me, I am also locked out of my yahoo mail account. I know both the email and the password, but am being required to answer security question that I created over a decade ago. Since being locked out of my Yahoo mail account, I'm no longer able to access my Tumblr and Flickr accounts since both merged with Yahoo and require password ****** to be sent to an account I can no longer access. Super disappointed in this! Would love to find a way to re-access my account.

Like a lot of other users, I am unable to log back into my account of over 10 years! I am immediately taken to the "Uh-Oh" page and cannot perform any actions after that! I am unable to answer the security questions because they were formed over 10 years ago, so I am truly locked out of my account which has vital information in it.

I have two email accounts with yahoo, one that I've literally had for almost 17 years and the other for 10, that I cannot log into. I know the passwords *** Yahoo! wants me to verify with an old phone number OR with the opposite email for each of them-but YAHOO WONT LET ME LOG IN TO EITHER! After selecting "I don't have access to this email" Yahoo! simply responds "Uh oh it looks like we can't recover your email". Why is there no option for security questions anymore? I have an old yahoo account that, I know my password. But the recovery email is made up random email address. Whenever I login with my correct password * get a "We've noticed some unusual account activity. For your safety, choose a method below to verify that it's really you signing in to this account."
