I've been locked out of my account and when I attempt to recover it *** I get is an "Uh-oh... We can't sign you in right now. Please try again in a while." Well, I tried again a while later, same thing. Over and over and over and over and over. I just want to get into my old email! Frustrating that when I need to get into it I'm unable to.

I've been locked out of my yahoo account since I got a new phone number in July 2019. Every time I try to access my account, I get this error message "You're not signed in on any Yahoo app. Use an alternate way to sign in." Then it says "If you have access to this phone, please verify the missing digits." I click "I don't have access," and the dreaded UH-OH message is shown. This is beyond frustrating. I'v had a yahoo email account for over 20 years. This morning I was unable to access my email account. I've never seen this screen or request before. So I contact customer support and their answer is,,,,, I need to start paying a monthly fee in order to access customer support to access my emails. Yahoo is now disabling email accounts, extorting their customers to pay this new monthly fee and holding my emails hostage until I pay. I cancelled my domain registration before the renewal date (Nov 25) and expected the charge to my credit card, which went through on Nov 11, to be refunded, especially because the email I received from Yahoo Small Business on Oct 26 clearly stated that the service would renew on Nov 25 "unless you cancel beforehand", which I did. Yahoo is refusing to issue a refund based on the fact thatthey saythe agreement says that charges go through 2 week prior to the renewal. i got stuck on the uh-oh loop and i cant recover my email cause i only put recovery for my phone number so i cant recover through another email because i never put a recover for it so im stuck on a loop what can i do to get my email back i really need it and i tried the yahoo.com/help but *** the answers i was looking for wasnt there

i had a friend send me money to help out for awile and i got to recieve it and it wasnts me to verify my email, well said email hasnt been accessed for awile due to the stupid security protocol i thought my password *** right but apparently not and neither are my security questions??? i mean come on who forgets their kids name???? but apparently its wrong! and i keep getting the looped response idk why but i type in my recovery email which i do have access to btw and still nothing!! i am not able to access my account from an old phone number i dont have access to and i cant get in contact with customer support to fix the issue.

Locked out of my account. Trying *** the recovery options just leads to a loop: "Uh-oh...Looks like we can't recover your account online. Please visit our help site to get back in." > Help Site > "Uh-oh...", repeat. No other info provided about what to do or why my account is locked. Not a good experience.

Have an e-mail that will not download from the server which is yahoo and it remains in my inbox and I have tried everything to get rid of it. Yahoo's help is useless and you can't talk to or e-mail them unless you pay for their services. I find this completely unacceptable.
