I also have problem with yahoo email account , i was using the email 30 minutes . i cannot understant waht is wrong . and I cannot recover via additional email or mobil number , always appiers Sorry, we don't recognize that email address or phone number . my email ********89 , i need this email box back .

I was trying to log into an older account that I haven't logged into for years. Unfortunately, it was flagged as unusual activity which required me to recover a code from a recovery email that is no longer active. I called customer service to change my recovery method, but I was asked to pay for a monthly service. Now there is nothing I can do, unless I pay $15. Your .ca branch has made some egregious political stances and outright prejudice towards a public opinion posted on their page with a poll. They didn't like the results on their own poll of citizens not supporting a gun ban and thus they attacked the majority opinion holders over it. This is completely unacceptable and a breach of ethics and etiquette. Journalism should be unbiased and factual and you're violating that principle. Yahoo's ads were making it difficult to use my email properly, so I got an ad blocker and started using the basic version of the program, everything was fine. Then they discontinued the old version of the basic inbox for a new split model, one has *** the functions of the old inbox but will pester the user to turn off their ad blocker and then move them to the other model if the user will not turn it off. I can't access my yahoo account. I know the email and password *** it keeps sending a confirmation code to an email I have no idea what it is. I need to access this email and I know the password *** email so I don't understand why I can't access it.

I am unable to gain access to my email account because I no longer own the phone number attached to the account. I have changed numbers and now I am unable to verify ownership since *** text/password ***** messages are being sent to someone other than me. Please help! this is extremely frustrating as I have reached out to Customer CARE and researched countless Yahoo FAQ lists with no help! How can I get a hold of someone that can help me with this?

My old yahoo account isn't working coz I cant access my old phone number. It's unfair that it's not recognised either. I would appreciate if my old account is validated. I still have the yahoo account and password ***** dont work.

I'm locked out of my account due to not having access to my old phone number and cant send a recovery key. Was told I can only get only get it fixed by going through their subscription tech service. This account has *** of my job information and is my professional email that I can't get into.

I no longer have my old phone number to reset my password. I think it's ridiculous that they want you to purchase a subscription to talk to customer service.
