Yahoo Business Email service has been down from the moment I was forced to perform an "update" on my email. That has been three days, so far, and counting. I asked if they could revert my business email to the former working status, and they said it was not possible. They just keep saying they are doing their "level best," and they keep saying they are asking their engineers to resolve the issue "ASAP." I am a paying customer, but not getting what I am paying for. The word for that is theft.

I can't access my yahoo account and have been trying for a while. I just get a message saying I need to visit the help site, but in order to set anything up on the help site, I'm asked to log in again - which is my problem to begin with. It's rather frustrating.

I have been locked out, I don't even know how and they are asking me for my credit card information. I feel that this is wrong. I have my info I can prove my identity Why do I need to pay?

*** you need to know about the whole company is already on their main page: "news" that are days old, and sometimes include even articles from half a year or more ago; clickbait, scam ads posing as news, spam, aggressive ads, fake news from Breitbart and other similar terrorist/fascist publications, *** of it plastered *** over their bug-infested, error-shooting page with no sense of organization, design or style.

I am distraught. I know the password ** my email account that I have had for 5 or more years, and Yahoo! will not allow me access. I type in the correct password, but it is says there has been unusual activity with my account. There hasn't been any unusual activity, I have just purchased a new computer it must be a glitch. I've called the company and they are extremely rude. I just want my account back with *** of my memories. They want you to remember subject names or companies that you have emailed. I have an old email account that I lost access too. I have been trying to find a solution since about 2016. A few times a year since then (XXXX) I will think about *** the important things that are in that email and I would try to access it and nothing works so I get discouraged. I really hope someone can reach out to me and help me with this. This has been very frustrating to say the least. I had a lot of important emails and special memories/photos that very dear to my heart. Can someone please help me!

**** G D, I'm having the same issue with my bellsouth.net account....SEEMS the only way to contact Yahoo is by signing up for their Yahoo "Pro" @ 4+ dollars per month. I've had this account for more that 18 years......

No customer support. Unable to access a hacked email account as they require a phone number... which the hacker has changed. Frustrated and confused as to how a business could think not having a support line is acceptable, especially one dealing with sensitive and personal information - just look at the incredible amount of Yahoo users with the same problem.
