My experience with Yahoo customer service was horrendous. They have no phone numbers or phone based service to call to fix email or account issues. All of this is web based. Their mods did not fix my issues. I had two issues marked resolved when the issue continued to exist. I had two or three posts removed without explanation or notice. In my case I just stated the facts of the ongoing problem and answers to their questions. They banned me after I continue to post to try and fix an issue. I am mad at yahoo for having all the advertisements on my web page. I know they have to get money somehow, but not e-mail sites. The service is slow, blocking my mail and not allowing to read my mail due to constant downloading of an ad. When I search something, it shows up on my site as a reminder or a bookmark. Can you do anything about it??

"Yahoo I need support. My account has been hacked. I will not stop reaching out to literally every social channel you have until someone atleast attempts to message back. I need help." I have spammed this to every possible link i can think of and no response! I SERIOUSLY NEED MY EMAIL. I'm ****** if I dont have it like hardcore Identity theft ******.

Yahoo is the worst company ever they have customers but no customer service. They do however have a Yahoo help site but all it does is go back and forth or in a circle and offers NO help or customer support for their services.

Yahoo allowed my email address to get hacked and not us for 4 years. Then when I go to recover it they won't give me the time of day to get back into it. all my passwords don't work and their customer service is no where to be found or even reachable.

I forgot my password to my email account(s) through YAHOO. I tried to reset my passwords several times by sending Account Keys to alternate email address SEVERAL times and I have not received anything! All I am trying to do is reset my password for my email accounts that's all and YAHOO help desk is not helpful one bit. Please I just need some assistance from someone that's all! Am I locked out? Do I have to wait 24 hours, someone please let me know!

I am extremely unhappy with a situation I am facing after Yahoo decided to CLOSE my email account with NO warning or any reason why. I have been using my Yahoo email account for over 3 years, always abiding by the rules and being a dedicated customer for so long.
