I lost my yahoo email password, however, I could not use the help site to recover the password. The help site gives me no option to contact yahoo for support, so I am completely stuck.

Yahoo will not let me terminate my email account that was hacked due to their lack of security. The termination link they provide is broken and there is no customer service number you can call so they continually refer me to the billing department. The billing department is unable to delete my email account because they are a billing department, and Yahoo continues to mark my case as resolved and close it without actually fixing the issue.

What a strange and frustrating odyssey this has been. I was required by Yahoo! to change my email password. Subsequently, that computer crashed, and *** information on the password *** lost, so I couldn't access the account anymore. Recently, I needed to get back in the account. Over the years, Yahoo! has been ignoring *** the customer support and customers who are really in need of recovery for their email, such as mine. My email has been unrecoverable, and because of the bad customer service/ no service at ***, I'm unavailable to retrieve it back. I have IMPORTANT emails that will affect my business because of the horrible service Yahoo has provided to us for the past years. These emails are VERY IMPORTANT TO ME.
