yahoo has locked me out of my account due to the account key password ****** it won't allow me to reset my password *** isn't sending anything to my other email to gain access. i got a new phone and now it won't send me the messages so i can log in.

Yahoo servers keep blocking our email. We are trying to send Invoices and Business Correspondence to users with yahoo.com, aol.com and other domains that are processed by Yahoo servers. We are not on ANY blocklists. This began on 09/23/2019. We have not made any changes as to how we send email or the formatting of them. Cannot access my account. I know my password *** keep getting an error message "Uh-oh... We can't sign you in right now. Please try again in a while." Try to recover my account and it says "Uh-oh...Looks like we can't recover your account online. Please visit our help site to get back in." Very frustrating!

Not allowing access to important documents and files and not letting customers know why. Such as a non-functioning notepad section that holds important information but remains blank.

Like others, I too have been locked out of my account due to a confusing and illogical security process. Despite having the ID, correct password, and answers to recovery questions, the Yahoo customer care agent refused to allow me access to my account because I no longer had access to the phone or email. It's absolutely absurd. I've been using the Yahoo account since 2003. The Yahoo agent told me to have a nice day and abruptly ended the conversation. I'm in disbelief right now.

I am reviewing Rivals message boards. I was charged $99.95 to renew my subscription for Hawkeye Report premium content. The subscription fee has cleared my account but when I try to access premium content I receive a message from Rivals saying my card was declined. I tried to resolve the issue using the Rivals help page. I emailed the specialist and gave them *** my information, but I have gotten no response. I have the same issue as everyone else, can't remember my password *** always says "Uh-oh... Looks like we can't recover your account online. Please visit our help site to get back in". I have a ton of old accounts tied to this that I would like to get back, but it will not let me recover it in any way shape or form.

I am also locked out of my yahoo mail account. It will not let me change the password *** instead says "Uh-oh... Looks like we can't recover your account online. Please visit our help site to get back in". The help site's account recovery doesn't help me either. Since being locked out of my Yahoo mail account, I'm no longer able to access my Spotify or Tumblr Accounts. Super disappointed in this, and yahoo. Would love to find a way to re-access my account.

Please help me, I want to access my yahoo email account but I can't sign in because I cant login to my recovery email anymore as it was my dead uncle's email. The support line for yahoo does not exist anymore and this seem to the last remaining method for me to recover my email. Please respond asap!!!
