My 15 year old account was deleted due to inactivity. Yahoo had to right to delete an account for inactivity in accordance to the TOS. Once an account is deleted for inactivity, we are not able to restore the account.

I cannot reset the password ** I have no access to either options for recovery and they require you to pay to get help either via chat or via phone call for customer service assistance and the help.yahoo.com site does not help my situation. IT'S A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!

Yahoo has moved to a paid support model. If the user did not keep current recovery information on file as the TOS states, Yahoo is limited on the support we can offer.
Despite having my passwords *** email username, Yahoo has put me in a constant cycle of directing me between my email and recovery email, of which both require that I log into the other, meaning I am completely unable to access my old accounts. I have valuable data and several accounts on other websites linked to it, so I need access.

I've been locked out of my account and when I attempt to recover it *** I get is an "Uh-oh... We can't recover your account online."
