I have all of my personal and rental properties now with Xoom Energy for 3 years. I love their wholesale rates on residential properties here in Alberta.

Xoom has the worst customer service. I asked for autopay. Three phone calls. Finally set up. (4 months later). Asked for average billing. Same time as Autopay. I "assumed" that the Average Billing also went into effect. Wrong. I see an almost **** payment taken out of my Credit Union this morning. It took 5 calls today plus a 33 minute hold time to reach a supervisor that was never connected. I was finally transferred to an "Account Supervisor"! We've been with Xoom Energy for 4 years now (in Alberta, Canada) and very happy with them! They saved us money and I like that the fixed plan protects us from the inevitable spikes of variable rates. My wife has referred a number of friends to them too, and we don't pay for gas and electricity usage anymore, only delivery charges! Can't beat that!
I've been a customer for over 4yrs with Xoom. Through renewals and plan changes, they've always answered my questions and helped with anything I couldn't do on site. I love the benefits through Xoom Xtra rewards as well as the price savings.

I switched to XOOM Energy 2 years ago and the saving on my gas and electrical bills were almost 28%. They have extremely competitive rate and usually lower than most. You collect Xoom Rewards just by being a customer and best of all, every customer of XOOM Energy, feed a local child through the Food Banks in Canada and Project Feeding Kids in the US. Customer care always helpful and do what ever they can to help. Would recommend Xoom to anyone
