The absolute worst! I was on a 1 year fixed rate. I called ahead of my contract expiring and canceled my service. They still went ahead and moved me to a viable rate (and of course jacked it up) to bring in 1 more additional month as my supplier. ******** care is extremely unhelpful & not a single supervisor will give you a call back to discuss. I will never be doing business with these guys again... frauds.

My electricity agreement went from .46 cents to $9.99 when they sent an automatic renewal agreement. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF HARD WORKING FOLKS LIKE MYSELF!!!!
Has to be the worst electricity company I have worked with. As soon as my contract comes to an end they did not mention anything to me that I would automatically be put into a new contract. Now they want me to pay $50 to cancel the plan. In the initial phases to I live in a condo and they put me on the plan that is $59.99 a month. Did not know they would have an additional cost as well on top of the 59.99 a month. After a year out of a 24-mos contract with XOOM, I was surprised to receive renewal letters for both my gas and electric accounts, with significantly higher renewal pricing. I have canceled both accounts with XOOM, and suggest that their customers read correspondence from them very carefully. Leaving a 2-star rating since their pricing (when you get it right) is competitive.
My son signed me up for xoom and it was the best decision ever! I didn't have a supplier before and now my supply rate is more comparable. I got a gift card for signing up too which was awesome and monthly rewards! Extremely happy and satisfied!
Thank god for Xoom energy because my rate with IGS were SUPER high! Saving so much money fro getting a cheaper supply rate!
Terrible! Scam, they double bill you for the same therms that your energy company charges you for & call it a delivery charge. Run as far as you can from them! No matter what anyone says about them, stay away! No good comes from this company.
Amazing company with a opportunity offered to residents a fixed rate on natural gas.
